My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was great and the dining experience was excellent, there were some concerning issues with the rooms and service that impacted my overall impression. The facilities were satisfactory but nothing outstanding.

The rooms were not up to standard. I had to change rooms, and the door looked old and unsafe. The area near my room gave me a feeling of discomfort. The initial room I was given seemed to have been used for purposes I wouldn't have expected, which was unsettling. The smoke smell, despite being in a non-smoking room, was off-putting.

The service was a mixed bag. While some staff members, like Margo at the front desk, were fantastic, others were not as friendly or professional. The encounter with housekeeping left me feeling uneasy, and some staff members seemed overly suspicious and not respectful of privacy.

The location was desirable overall, but it definitely needs attention in certain areas. The hotel was full of patrons and had a lively atmosphere, especially enjoyed the pub. However, some privacy concerns arose during my stay.

My stay at the hotel was decent for one night. The room was right by the exit door and had many dirty areas, such as the dining chairs, toilet, bathroom mirror, and shower floor. On the positive side, they had free breakfast which I enjoyed.
